Chad Stickle, son of R.H. "Bud", and Chad’s wife E.H. "Libby" Stickle are in the process of taking the company to the next level, Chad is a Purdue graduate and Libby is an MBA from Kelly School of business and a Purdue Graduate in Computer Graphics and English. They are bringing technology and modern innovation to the company like never before. Burgeoning growth under their leadership is guaranteeing success for our customers and Stickle Steam Specialties into the next century.

Chad has worked at Stickle Steam for over 22 years and Libby honed her management and business development skills in a couple of famous companies over the last 20 years before coming to Stickle Steam full time in January of 2019.

I am pleased to join the family business as a fifth generation Stickle. My duties as the Sales Executive here are to build proposals for clients, introduce them to our Stickle Methodology, walk them through our step-by-step Stickle Steam Project System (SSPS), and answer any question they may have about our innovative steam system. I received a B.A. in History from Indiana University and still enjoy rooting on the Hoosiers every chance I get. Upon graduation I became a Loan Officer for Oak Street Funding and enjoyed my 4 years with them. When I answer your call on the weekend there’s a good chance you’ll catch me on the golf course.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Terre Haute, IN. I have over 10 years of experience in the pneumatic valve industry and several years of experience in the cryogenics industry. Looking at complex mechanical problems with many different moving parts and areas for potential failure is my favorite thing because finding solutions to complex problems is so satisfying. My 12 year old daughter and my wife have made me into a “Dance Dad” as I support their competitions around the country.

Bud graduated from Indiana University and began his career with the family business, Stickle Steam Specialties Co., Inc. located in Indianapolis and was elected President in 1976. Today Bud and Lynn have been married almost 50 years and are the proud parents of three, and even prouder grandparents of seven. Bud and Lynn split their time traveling for business, pleasure and in between their homes in Indianapolis and on Lake Wawasee. If you want to talk with Bud, please call the office. He is spending much of his time enjoying his version of retirement.
